Lock out Services

Call our dispatch number at (510) 641-7878 if you've locked yourself out of your car. Please tell us where you are and what kind of car you are driving. We have specialized equipment that allows us to safely get access to your vehicle so that we can return your keys to you and let you drive away. Please also let us know if you have locked yourself out of your car and the engine is still running – or the keys still in the ignition.

Emergency situations

Please let us know if you've locked yourself out and are stranded in a risky place or have an emergency when you call so we can prioritize your case. Among other things, the following situations are considered emergencies:
-You have a baby or pet in your car that you have locked out.
-You are in an unfamiliar area or have locked yourself out in a remote location away from people.
-You need to drive someone who is having a medical emergency to get help.
-If you have been locked out of your car with a baby inside – and it’s warm out – you must dial 911 right away. Even a few minutes in a locked car when it is warm outside can be harmful to young children, infants and pets.
